The medical team in the vascular neurology intensive care unit is made up of doctors with neurovascular expertise.
The coordinating doctor of the vascular neurology intensive care unit is a neurologist who is a member of the medical team mentioned in article D. 6124-30-1.
The non-medical team in a vascular neurology intensive care unit comprises at least: 1° One nurse for every four open beds ; 2° During the day, one nursing assistant for every four open beds and, at night, one nursing assistant for every eight open beds; 3° A masseur-physiotherapist; 4° A speech therapist; 5° Where necessary, a psychologist, a social worker, a dietician and staff with biomedical skills. The registrant is part of the local cerebrovascular accident care network, which aims to encourage and structure local cooperation, particularly through telehealth.
I. – In addition to the equipment mentioned in II of article D. 6124-27-1, the haematology intensive care unit includes at least the equipment required for radiology and ultrasound examinations to be carried out in the unit’s rooms, when this is justified by the conditions of patient care. II. – Where appropriate, rooms are equipped with laminar flow.
The medical team in the haematology intensive care unit is made up of doctors specialising in haematology.
The coordinating doctor of the haematology intensive care unit is a member of the medical team mentioned in article D. 6124-31-1 and has training or experience in critical care.
