Companies which are not expected to employ at least ten workers on the site for at least four weeks are not required to take part in the work of the inter-company college, provided that they do not have to carry out any of the work on the list of work involving particular risks provided for in article L. 4532-8.
The list of company representatives and other members of the inter-company college, as well as persons who may attend meetings of the college in an advisory capacity, is kept up to date and posted on the site by the coordinator.

The minutes of the meetings of the inter-company college are recorded in a register which is made available to the Labour Inspectorate, the Organisme professionnel de prévention du bâtiment et des travaux publics and the prevention department of the social security bodies. The members of the inter-company college may consult the minutes of its meetings at any time. The register is kept by the coordinator for a period of five years from the date of acceptance of the work.
