The members of the Professional Advisory Commission for Sport and Leisure Activities are appointed by the Minister for Youth and the Minister for Sport. They cease to be members upon written request to the Secretary General mentioned in article A. 142-27.

The Professional Advisory Committee for Sport and Leisure Activities is chaired for two and a half years by one of its members, chosen alternately from the employers’ and employees’ colleges. The Chairman is assisted by a Vice-Chairman from the other college. The chairman and vice-chairman are elected simultaneously by the representatives of each of the two colleges concerned.
