Article R1253-22 of the French Labour Code

The administrative authority has one month following receipt of the application for approval to notify the employers’ group of its decision. If approval is refused, reasons must be given for the decision. This notification is sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Article R1253-29 of the French Labour Code

The decision to withdraw approval is notified to the employers’ group by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The group will cease activity within a period set by the decision to withdraw approval. This period may not exceed three months.
