In each establishment organising water sports activities mentioned in sub-section 2, in a place visible to all, a board displays a map of the areas in common use, indicating: – zones that are prohibited, dangerous or reserved for different uses; -the authorised limits of navigation and their markings. In swimming pools, a complete and up-to-date technical file containing plans and descriptions of the installations is made available to the agents referred to in article L. 1332-5 of the Public Health Code.
