A co-ordination body is set up, comprising the chairmen and vice-chairmen of the plenary committee and each sub-committee, and the secretary general referred to in Article A. 142-27. After receiving the opinion of the coordination body mentioned in article A. 142-28, the annual work programme is drawn up by agreement between the Director of Sport and the President of the Professional Advisory Commission for Sport and Leisure Activities.
