The registrant is part of the regional critical care network aimed at encouraging and structuring cooperation in order to improve the flow of care, in particular the management of patient transfers, and to develop expertise in critical care, in particular through telehealth. The holder is a member of the specific regional critical care system in its region. The holder participates in the paediatric critical care network.
In addition to the equipment mentioned in II of Article D. 6124-27-1, the cardiology intensive care unit includes at least the equipment required to carry out cardiac ultrasound examinations, including transoesophageal ultrasound, in the unit’s rooms, when this is justified by the conditions under which the patient is being cared for.
