Midwives may prescribe to their patients and obtain for their professional use the medicinal products classified as narcotics listed in table IV of appendix 41-4.

Midwives may prescribe the medicinal products listed in table V of appendix 41-4 to persons who regularly live with the child or pregnant woman.

Midwives may prescribe the medical devices listed in table VI of appendix 41-4.
