Meetings of the Assembly are public, unless the Assembly decides otherwise by an absolute majority of the members present or represented. The conditions for television and radio broadcasting of debates are determined by the internal regulations of the Assembly of Corsica.

Any deliberation of the Assembly taken outside the time of sessions or outside the place of sittings shall be null and void.

The Meeting may not deliberate unless the absolute majority of its members in office are present or represented.
