PART FOUR: THE REGION

The president of the regional council appoints field wardens in the cases and under the conditions provided for in article L. 522-2 of the internal security code.

The President of the Regional Council may, by delegation of the Regional Council, be responsible for exercising, on behalf of the region, the pre-emption rights of which it is the holder or delegatee pursuant to the Town Planning Code. Unless otherwise stipulated in the delegating resolution, the President may sub-delegate the powers conferred by the Regional Council under the conditions set out in article L. 4231-3.
