Subject to the provisions of articles L. 4221-4 and L. 4221-5, the diplomas, certificates or other evidence of formal qualifications mentioned in 1° of article L. 4221-1 are the French State diploma of doctor of pharmacy or pharmacist.
Diplomas validated by the Government are treated in the same way as a State-issued pharmacist’s diploma for the practice of pharmacy in the départements of Haut-Rhin, Bas-Rhin and Moselle.
