Occupational therapists and psychomotricians must have the language skills required to practise their profession and those relating to the systems of weights and measures used in France when their licence to practise or declaration of provision of services is issued. The language proficiency test must be proportionate to the activity to be performed and must be carried out once the professional qualification has been recognised.
Bodies issuing training qualifications shall transmit these qualifications to the service or body referred to in article L. 4333-1 in the form of certified information. A decree of the Conseil d’Etat shall lay down the procedures for implementing the obligation to transmit this information.
Where it is available, the certified information referred to in article L. 4333-1-1 shall serve as supporting documents for the fulfilment of the obligations set out in article L. 4333-1.
