The national disciplinary chamber is made up of twelve full members and twelve alternate members elected in equal numbers by the national council from among the members of that council on the one hand and the members and former members of the councils of the ordre on the other. The Chamber sits as a panel of at least five members.

The Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur-Corsica inter-regional disciplinary chamber of first instance has two sections, each with eight full members and eight substitute members. Each section includes a full representative of the Corsican Regional Council and a deputy.
