In Mayotte, by way of derogation from the provisions of articles L. 4211-1 and L. 4211-7, persons other than pharmacists or herbalists carrying out an activity involving the supply of medicinal plants on 2 October 1992 may be authorised by the State representative to hold and sell medicinal plants or parts of plants under the conditions set out in the first three paragraphs of article L. 4211-7.
For the application of article L. 4221-17 in Mayotte, the words: “subject to the provisions of article L. 138-9 of the Social Security Code,” are replaced by the words: “subject to discounts, rebates and similar commercial or financial advantages of any kind granted by all suppliers of pharmacies for reimbursable pharmaceutical specialities. “

For the application of article L. 4113-14 to Wallis and Futuna, the words: “the representative of the State in the department” are replaced by the words: “the representative of the State in the territory” and the words: “departmental council” are replaced by the words: “council of the Order of Wallis and Futuna or the body which exercises its functions”.
