Title IV: Public health establishments

For the application of article L. 6147-10, public and private health establishments, self-employed health professionals, the health professionals mentioned in article L. 1435-4 and the psychologists mentioned inarticle 44 of law no. 85-772 of 25 July 1985 containing various provisions of a social nature may contribute to the health support of the armed forces, by providing them with their medical, psychological and medico-technical skills.

For the implementation of pathways and the performance of expert assessments under the conditions provided for in article R. 6147-136, self-employed healthcare professionals carry out, as part of a public service mission, the activities governed by the agreement provided for in I of article L. 6147-10 to which they are signatories.
