The procedure defined in articles R. 6142-19 and R. 6142-20 is applicable in the event of difficulties arising at the time of renewal of the agreement in the event of its termination by one of the contracting parties. However, the previous agreement continues to apply until an agreement is reached before the conciliation commission or until the ministers notify the parties of their decision.

Articles R. 6142-19 to R. 6142-21 apply to any difficulties that may arise between the contracting parties when drawing up, revising or applying the regulations attached to the agreements referred to in article L. 6142-3.
