The emolument provided for in the first paragraph of Article R. 663-18 for the benefit of the judicial representative for the whole of the safeguard or receivership proceedings (number 1 of Table 4-3) is set at €2,351.25. The emolument provided for in the third paragraph of this article for the benefit of the liquidator (number 2 of Table 4-3) is also set at €2,351.25.
