The summary statement of the envelopes received at the prefecture referred to in I of Article R. 713-17 is made available to each member of the election organisation committee.
The professional categories of the chambers of commerce and industry corresponding respectively to the activities of commerce, industry and services are composed in accordance with the lists appearing in the Annex 7-4 to this book, by reference to the French nomenclatures of activities and products of the Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques.
Automated processing of nominative information is created in the territorial and regional chambers of commerce and industry, with a view to the study mentioned in Article R. 713-66, the purpose of which is to determine, in accordance with Article R. 711-47, the breakdown of the elected members of these establishments into professional categories and, where applicable, sub-categories.
For natural and legal persons entered in the register of commerce and companies or listed in the register of companies of the chamber of commerce and industry concerned, as defined in article D. 711-67-4, the categories of personal information processed are: 1° The company name or designation; >The NAF code 2° The NAF code; > The SIRET number 3° The SIRET number; 4° The address; 5° The number of employees;…

The heads of the courts of appeal are invited, six months before the end of the term of office of the members of the National Council of Commercial Courts, by circular from the Director of Judicial Services, to collect applications from active or honorary consular judges wishing to be appointed by the Minister of Justice to the Council, pursuant to Article R. 721-8.
Consular judges shall send their candidacy in writing to the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, and to the heads of the Court of Appeal in whose jurisdiction they hold office or last held office, within the timeframe indicated in Article R. 721-9.
The heads of court shall forward the application files to the Minister of Justice no later than fifteen days after the expiry of this deadline. .
The application file includes: 1° The declaration of candidacy dated and signed by the candidate; 2° A statement of service drawn up by the candidate and endorsed by the president of the commercial court; 3° The reasoned opinion of the president of the commercial court; 4° The reasoned opinion of the heads of court.
Any application for appointment as a full member is also an application for appointment as an alternate member.
