The competitive examination for admission to the profession of commercial court clerk comprises three written eligibility tests and two oral admission tests based on the programme set out in the Annex 7-6 to this book. The subjects of the written and oral tests are determined by the jury. The Conseil national des greffiers des tribunaux de commerce provides the secretariat for the jury.

The written eligibility tests comprise: 1° A three-hour essay on a subject of civil or commercial law.
