For the admissibility tests, candidates may use codes and compendia of laws and decrees containing references to articles of doctrine and case law. They may also use codes or compendia of laws and decrees containing no indication of doctrine or case law without any note other than references to legislative or regulatory texts.

The marking of the written tests is organised in such a way as to preserve the anonymity of each candidate. Each composition is examined by two markers. Each of the eligibility tests is marked from 0 to 20. No one may attend the oral admission test unless they have been declared eligible by the jury. An individual invitation mentioning the day, time and place of the oral test is sent to each eligible candidate at least fifteen days in advance. Admission is decided by the selection board on the basis of the average marks obtained by the candidate in all the written and oral tests they have taken, if this is equal to or higher than 10 out of 20.

The selection board will draw up a list of candidates declared admitted. This list is published in the Journal officiel de la République française. The results are notified individually to each candidate.

The qualifying examination for the profession of court-appointed administrator is organised at least once a year. The dates and places of the tests are set by the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, and published, four months before the date of the first test, in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

I. – Applications shall be sent to the secretary of the Commission nationale d’inscription et de discipline des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, no later than three months before the date of the first test of the session.
