In Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique and Reunion, the contributions mentioned in Title III of Book I of this Part may only be managed by cross-industry skills operators, with the exception of contributions from companies falling within the professional scope of skills operators authorised to manage them in these territories by joint order of the ministers responsible for vocational training and overseas France. Skills operators who are not located in overseas territories pursuant to article L. 6523-1 or articles L. 6523-1-2 to L. 6523-1-4 may, under conditions laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat, enter into agreements with a skills operator located in these territories.

In Mayotte, the contributions mentioned in Title III of Book I of this Part are managed by a single cross-industry skills operator. The conditions governing the designation and operation of this skills operator in the territory of Mayotte are determined by decree of the Conseil d’Etat.

In Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, the contributions mentioned in Title III of Book I of this Part are managed by a single cross-industry skills operator. The conditions under which this skills operator is designated and the procedures for its intervention in the territories of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy are determined by decree of the Conseil d’Etat.

In Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the contributions dedicated to the development of vocational training and work-linked training are managed by a single inter-professional skills operator. The conditions under which this skills operator is designated and the procedures for its intervention, as well as the procedures under which resources are paid to the skills operator to carry out its tasks, are determined by decree of the Conseil d’Etat.

In Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the Social Welfare Fund is responsible for collecting the contributions mentioned in 2° to 4° of I of Article L. 6131-1 and, where applicable, from 1 January 2024, those mentioned in 5° of the same I, as well as the contributions mentioned in II of Article L. 2135-10, subject to the adaptations provided for inArticle 20 of Order No. 77-1102 of 26 September 1977 extending and adapting various…
