The regional inter-professional joint committee will give priority to mobilising the rights registered on the personal training account of the employee who has been the subject of a decision to cover his or her professional transition project. The employee may benefit from additional funding paid to the regional inter-professional joint committee by the funders mentioned in II of article L. 6323-4.

When the funding from the allocation mentioned in I of article D. 6123-26-1 is not sufficient to cover a request for a professional transition project, the regional interprofessional joint committee may, under the conditions set out in the third paragraph of article L. 6323-17-1, mobilise the allocation mentioned in article R. 6123-25 to provide additional funding.
