I. – The application for authorisation referred to in article L. 313-21-1 is submitted to the secretariat of the Committee. The Committee monitors compliance with the conditions for authorisation set out in Article R. 518-65. To this end, it receives the annual activity reports of approved companies. The Committee may interview the directors and request any information or documents that may be useful in carrying out its duties.

The Committee may propose to the Minister that any company authorised on the basis of article L. 313-21-1 be sent any recommendation relating to its activity or shareholding.

The Minister responsible for the economy may withdraw approval : 1° Either at the request of the company, giving reasons ; 2° Or ex officio, if the company no longer complies with the conditions to which the authorisation is subject, or the obligations mentioned in Article R. 518-69, or if the company has not made use of its authorisation within a period of twenty-four months or has not been in…
