The provisions applicable to all municipalities classified as tourist resorts within the meaning of sub-section 2 of section 2 of chapter III of title III of this book are extended to towns or resorts classified as tourist resorts with more than 15,000 inhabitants in the department of French Guyana.
The Territorial Council of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon exercises the powers attributed to the Regional Councils and the General Councils by Chapters 1 and 2 of Title III of this Book. In these articles, the words “region” and “department” are replaced by the words “territorial collectivity”.
The provisions of articles L. 133-1 to L. 133-18 and L. 134-3 are replaced, where applicable, by the provisions of the Municipalities Code applicable locally with the same purpose.

The departmental authority defines the actions it intends to carry out in the field of tourism and leisure, after consultation with or on the recommendation of the municipalities and the Economic and Social Council.
