The enforcement agent draws up a report of the operations to repossess the premises under the conditions provided for in Article R. 432-1 that it serves in accordance with the provisions of article R. 432-2.

In the case provided for in 1° of article R. 451-1, the report on the repossession of the premises may be drawn up before the expiry of the deadline set in the summons to vacate the premises.
