Part Three: Working hours, pay, profit-sharing and employee savings schemes

The collective timetable is dated and signed by the employer or, under his responsibility, by the person to whom he has delegated his powers for this purpose. It is displayed in legible characters and affixed in a conspicuous place in each of the workplaces to which it applies. Where employees are employed externally, this timetable is displayed in the establishment to which they are attached.

Any change to the collective timetable will be posted under the same conditions.

A copy of this collective timetable and any corrections made to it is sent in advance to the labour inspector.

Unless otherwise specified by agreement, in undertakings, establishments, workshops, departments or teams where an arrangement of working time applies under the conditions laid down in article L. 3121-44, or in article D. 3121-27, the notice shall indicate the number of weeks comprising the reference period set by the agreement or decree and, for each week included in this reference period, the working hours and the breakdown of working hours.
