The judges of the mixed commercial courts are elected under the conditions set out in articles R. 723-1 to R. 723-31.
The provisions of articles R. 722-7, R. 722-10, R. 722-18 to R. 722-20 and R. 724-1 to R. 724-21 are applicable to the elected judges of the mixed commercial courts.
The provisions of article R. 721-6 are applicable to the mixed commercial court.
The list of mixed commercial courts whose registry is provided by a commercial court clerk corresponds to that set out in the table in Annex 7-3 to this book.
For the application of Title IV of this Book to the clerks of the mixed commercial courts provided by a commercial court clerk, the words: “commercial court” are replaced by the words: “mixed commercial court”.
