In Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the persons authorised to represent the parties in industrial tribunal matters are, in addition to those mentioned in Article R. 1453-2, approved persons.
The provisions of the second and third paragraphs of article R. 1461-1 , article R. 1461-2 and article R. 1457-2 do not apply to Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon. In this collectivity, the appeal is lodged, investigated and judged according to the rules of ordinary procedure applicable before the High Court of Appeal.

Article R. 1221-2 6° does not apply to Mayotte.
For the application of article R. 1221-13 in Mayotte: 1° The following provisions are added to the first paragraph: “à l’article R. 243-19 du code de la sécurité sociale” ; 2° 1° and 2° are repealed.
For the application in Mayotte of article R. 1225-12, the words: “in article L. 541-1 of the Social Security Code” are replaced by the words: “in article 10-1 of order no. 2002-149 of 7 February 2002 relating to the extension and generalisation of family benefits and social protection in the departmental community of Mayotte”.
For the application in Mayotte of article R. 1233-32, the words: “of article 32 of law no. 2000-37 of 19 January 2000 relating to the negotiated reduction of working hours” are replaced by the words: “of article 35, II of order no. 2017-1491 of 25 October 2017 extending and adapting the legislative part of the labour code, and various provisions relating to work, employment and vocational training in Mayotte”.
