For each section, the polling station records the total number of voters and determines the total number of valid votes cast and the number of votes obtained by each list. A report of the electoral operations is drawn up by the polling station and immediately sent to the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion and to the agents authorised to represent the lists of candidates.

Without prejudice to the provisions of the last paragraph of I of article 9 bis of the aforementioned law of 13 July 1983, any disputes regarding the validity of the electoral operations shall be referred, within five days of the announcement of the results, to the Director General of the National Management Centre and then, if necessary, to the administrative courts.
