Hospital assistants benefit from unpaid parental leave, under the conditions of article R. 6152-45.

Hospital assistants are entitled to maternity leave, birth leave, paternity leave and childcare leave, adoption leave or leave for the arrival of a child placed with a view to adoption in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in article R. 6152-819. He may receive the allowance provided for if he works in several establishments.
