The provisions of articles R. 6153-22 and R. 6153-23 relating respectively to subrogation and affiliation to social security are applicable to associate practitioners.
The associate practitioner may, at his request, be placed on unpaid leave by the director of the establishment to which he is assigned, in the event of serious accident or illness of his spouse, a person with whom he is bound by a civil solidarity pact, a child or an ascendant. The duration of this leave may not, in this case, unless otherwise agreed, exceed one year, renewable once.
