The agendas for meetings of the full Board and specialised committees, as well as related documents, must be sent to the members of the Board by electronic means at least fifteen days before the meeting. This deadline is reduced to eight days in urgent cases. The specialised committee meeting must be held at least eight days before the plenary session.
