The general terms and conditions referred to in article L. 211-2 include: 1° The name of the professional responsible for the guarantees mentioned in 2° and 3° of this article; 2° Its postal and telephone contact details, e-mail address or any relevant digital means of contact enabling the consumer to request implementation of the aforementioned guarantees.

The general terms and conditions applicable to the sales contracts mentioned in article L. 217-1 include a box informing the consumer of the procedures for implementing the legal guarantees mentioned in 2° of article L. 211-2, in accordance with the models annexed to this code.

The general terms and conditions applicable to contracts mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 224-25-12 include a box informing consumers of the procedures for implementing the legal guarantees referred to in 2° of article L. 211-2, in accordance with the model annexed to this code.

The provisions of II of article L. 211-2 apply to the following categories of goods: household appliances; computer equipment; consumer electronics; telephone equipment; photographic equipment; electric or internal combustion engine-powered DIY or gardening equipment; games and toys, including video game consoles; sports equipment; watches and timepieces; lighting equipment and luminaires; sunglasses; furnishings.
