When, several parts from the circular economy can be offered to replace the same defective part, in particular when the choice of one of them has consequences on the repair or maintenance time or price, the possibility of choosing between the different parts and options is clearly presented to the consumer. The trader shall keep, where appropriate in dematerialised form, a duplicate copy of the documents communicated to the consumer for a period of two years.
