The holder of the authorisation for cross-sectional imaging equipment has access, within a timeframe compatible with the requirements of continuity and safety of care, to all the equipment needed to perform radiology procedures on his site or, where applicable, on another site by agreement.
I.-The holder of the cross-sectional imaging authorisation has a radiology team comprising: 1° One or more doctors specialising in radiology and medical imaging, who provide radiological care on site; 2° One or more medical electroradiology manipulators, present on site during the patient’s radiological care. The conditions of care and the protocols for carrying out procedures are adapted to children.

The provisions of II of article D. 6124-229 do not apply to the heavy equipment mentioned in article L. 6122-14-1.
In order to carry out activities falling under categories B, C and D as defined in Article R. 6123-166, the holder of the authorisation for interventional radiology must have at least one interventional room with image guidance, equipped with devices enabling compliance with the rules, standards and recommendations in force in terms of control of airborne contamination, asepsis, air treatment and hygiene appropriate to the activity carried out.
