In each medico-social establishment or service or autonomous cosmetic surgery facility, the legal representative of the establishment organises the collection of reports relating to healthcare-associated infections and their transmission to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency. The Director General of the Regional Health Agency acknowledges receipt of the declaration received under Article R. 1413-79 and ensures that it is forwarded to the support centre for the prevention of healthcare-associated infections mentioned in Article R. 1413-83 and to the National Public Health Agency.
