The agenda and the documents submitted to the National Conference for consideration shall be sent to the full and alternate members and to the persons mentioned in article R. 1424-66 at least fifteen days before the meeting.

The Directorate-General for Civil Protection and Crisis Management provides the secretariat for the National Conference of Fire and Rescue Services.
