The deliberations of the Board of Directors and the regulatory acts of the establishment are publicised by posting at the establishment’s head office and by publication in the Recueil des actes administratifs of the prefecture of the department in which the establishment has its head office.
The public bodies represented on the Board of Directors shall issue a call for applications with a view to drawing up a list of candidates for the post of Director. After receiving the applications, they shall unanimously draw up the list of candidates. The proposal of the Board of Directors referred to in the second paragraph of article L. 1431-5 is adopted by a two-thirds majority of its members.
