The following expenditure is also eligible for an allocation under the first part of the special assistance scheme: a) Furnishings and equipment; b) Furnishings and equipment as well as the fitting out of premises intended to improve conditions for the preservation and conservation of heritage collections. The regional prefect decides, from among the applications sent to him under the conditions provided for in article R. 1614-84, the list of operations to be supported and the amount of credits to be allocated to the local authority or public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation. The municipality, public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation or department receiving the grant informs the regional prefect of the start and completion of the operation. .
