In article L. 1211-8, the words: “L. 1211-2 to L. 1211-6″ are replaced by the words: ” L. 1211-2 to L. 1211-6 and L. 1533-16″, for their application in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories.
Articles L. 1221-3 to L. 1221-7 , article L. 1222-9, the second to fourth and penultimate paragraphs of article L. 1221-10 and article L. 1221-10-2, solely insofar as it concerns the structures mentioned in 1° and 2° of article L. 1221-10, of Title II of Book II of this Part are applicable, subject to the adaptations of articles L. 1532-3 and L. 1532-4 in the French Southern and Antarctic Lands….
For its application in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories, article L. 1221-4 reads as follows: “Art. L. 1221-4. – Blood, its components and their derivatives may not be distributed or used without biological analyses and screening tests for transmissible diseases having been carried out, under the conditions defined by the competent territorial authority. “
