The provisions of this section apply to tests carried out, pursuant to 1°, 2°, 3° and 4° of I of article L. 232-5, by the French Anti-Doping Agency, either on its own initiative or at the request of approved sports federations.

The natural or legal person responsible for the premises referred to in article L. 232-13-1 shall make suitable premises available to the person conducting the test. Approved sports federations and the organisers of sports competitions or events are required to provide for the presence of an anti-doping delegate at all sports competitions or events.
