The composition of the declaration file and the procedures for submitting it are set by order of the Minister for Sport and the Minister for the Interior.
Without prejudice to the provisions of articles L. 331-3 and L. 331-6, the following are punishable by the penalties laid down for fifth-class offences: 1° Organising a public combat sports event without having declared it in advance in accordance with the rules and within the required deadlines; 2° Providing false information in the prior declaration.
The public prosecutor or the public prosecutor attached to the court that has handed down a final or provisionally enforceable decision imposing the additional penalty of a ban on entering or being in the vicinity of a venue where a sporting event is taking place, as provided for in article L. 332-11, shall send the following information to the prefect of the department in which the convicted person is domiciled…
The prefect to whom the information has been forwarded will forward it, excluding the place of residence, to the approved sports federations, sports associations and sports companies concerned by the additional penalty imposed.
