With the agreement of the rector of the academic region, or of the minister responsible for sports for the activities mentioned in c of 5° of article R. 212-7 and for the activity of mountain leader, audiovisual conference facilities are available to candidates for certain certification tests in accordance with the procedures laid down by order of the ministers responsible for youth and sports.

The jury checks that the organisation and conduct of the certification tests comply with the regulations governing the diploma or complementary certificate and their implementation as authorised by the academic regional rector or the minister responsible for sports for the activities mentioned in c of 5° of article R. 212-7 and for the activity of mountain leader.
