The job description provided for in article R. 4461-10 of the French Labour Code is produced in accordance with a standard model drawn up by the Minister for Sport.
The hyperbaric safety manual referred to in Article R. 4461-8 of the French Labour Code is drawn up in accordance with a standard model drawn up by the Minister for Sport and published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry for Sport.
In the establishments covered by this section, the holder of a diploma mentioned in article L. 212-1 of the French Sports Code relating to the supervision of underwater diving is deemed to hold, in respect of option B, a) Physical or sports activities, the hyperbaric fitness certificate and the hyperbaric prevention advisor certificate mentioned in I and II of article R. 4461-27 of the French Labour Code. In the establishments covered by this section, the safety sheet referred to in Article R. 4461-13 of the French Labour Code is drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the hyperbaric safety manual referred to in Article R. 322-40.
