The school’s staff includes 1° Civil servants of the State under the conditions laid down in their respective statutes; 2° Contract staff under the conditions set out in articles 4 and 6 of law no. 84-16 of 11 January 1984.
The Ecole Nationale des Sports de Montagne comprises two sites, the Ecole Nationale de Ski et d’Alpinisme in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc (Haute-Savoie) and the Centre National de Ski Nordique et de Moyenne Montagne in Prémanon (Jura). Its head office is in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
