The purchaser may require candidates to attach a French translation to the elements and documents drawn up in another language that they submit pursuant to this chapter.
A purchaser who finds that documents or information required to be submitted as part of the application are missing or incomplete may ask all the candidates concerned to complete their application file within an appropriate period that is the same for all.
The purchaser shall verify the information contained in the application, including the economic operators on whose capabilities the applicant relies, at the latest before the contract is awarded.
