The purchaser may not evade the application of this Book by splitting his purchases or by using methods of calculating the estimated value of the requirement other than those provided for therein.
The provisions of articles R. 2121-5 to R. 2121-7 apply.
For the framework agreements referred to in Article L. 2325-1, the estimated value of the requirement is determined by taking into account the estimated maximum value of all the contracts to be awarded or purchase orders to be issued during the total term of the framework agreement.
