When the apprenticeship is extended, in application of article L. 6222-11 , the minimum wage applicable during the extension is that corresponding to the last year prior to the extension.
When the duration of the apprenticeship contract or period is less than the duration of the training cycle preparing for the qualification which is the subject of the contract, in application of the third paragraph of articles L. 6222-7-1 or L. 6222-12-1, or in application of article R. 6222-23-1, the apprentice is considered, with regard to his remuneration, to have completed a period of apprenticeship equal to this training cycle.
