In companies under the jurisdiction of the regional Chamber of Trades and Crafts, the apprenticeship supervisor must hold a “brevet de maîtrise” issued by the regional Chambers of Trades and Crafts in Moselle, Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin or an equivalent diploma or qualification.
In recently created trades, as well as where special cases make it necessary, an exception may be made to the condition of qualification provided for in article R. 6261-9 . In such cases, the opinion of the chambers of trades and crafts with jurisdiction in the Haut-Rhin, Bas-Rhin and Moselle départements is sought before the apprenticeship contract is submitted.
