The indicators for assessing the criteria mentioned in article R. 6316-1 and the audit procedures implemented by the certifier bodies to issue the certification mentioned in article L. 6316-1 are defined in the national reference system appended to this chapter. The conditions under which audits are carried out are specified by an order of the Minister responsible for vocational training.
The certification referred to in Article L. 6316-1 is issued by the bodies and authorities referred to in Article L. 6316-2 for a period of three years. An order sets out the conditions under which it may be suspended or withdrawn by the body or authority that issued it.

France Compétences registers on a list the labelling bodies that it recognises after checking that the certification process implemented by these bodies involves an administrative authority and that it offers guarantees of independence with regard to the certified service providers. France Compétences makes this list available to the public and reviews it every three years.
The organisations and bodies referred to in Article L. 6316-2 shall send the Minister responsible for vocational training the lists of service providers that they have certified. The procedures for forwarding and publishing these lists are laid down by order of the Minister responsible for vocational training.
The funding bodies mentioned in article L. 6316-1 ensure that the services purchased are financially in line with the training needs, the educational engineering used by the service provider, the innovation of the resources used and the prices charged under comparable operating conditions for similar services.
The controls mentioned in article L. 6316-3 may be shared between the funders mentioned in article L. 6316-1. These funders shall report to the Minister responsible for vocational training any useful and substantiated information relating to the quality of vocational training courses.
